Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. email, letter, or through the electronic withdrawal process or the "cancel contract" button provided in our online store) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The electronic withdrawal process ("cancel contract" button in the footer) is an additional optional method of submitting your withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For deliveries outside the European Union, any import duties, customs charges or similar fees must also be borne by the customer.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly personalized.
